Are you looking for Support?Life seldom provides us with all the answers. Dealing with addictions, death of a family member, previous life choices, and divorce can leave us looking for answers that don't seem to exist. God does not view our situation from a distance. He feels our pain and invites us to let him bear some of our load, if we only ask. At Maiden Lane Church of God we are committed to helping you find the support that we all need to make it through our life journey. We offer a variety of "care groups" and other support options. Perhaps you would like to tell a friend about one or more of these groups mentioned above. To find out more and/or to sign up for a group, call Pastor Joe Angles at 1-937-323-9747. DivorceCare This weekly group is for those separated or divorced. It's a place where you can be around people who understand what you are feeling and hear valuable information about ways to heal from the hurt of divorce. It is set up so that you may join in anytime and benefit from what is going on. DivorceCare meets Wednesdays at 7:00 PM in the Educare Office. Many hurting people have found help and hope by meeting with this group. Call Pastor Joe at 1-937-323-9747 or email him at jangles@maidenlane.org with questions. Hunger for Healing GriefShare It may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. If you've lost a spouse, child, family member or friend, you've probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. That's the reason for GriefShare, a special seminar and support group for people grieving the loss of someone close. This is a non-denominational group and features biblical teaching on grief and recovery topics. GriefShare is a group that meets Thursday evenings 6:00-7:30 in a home near the church to share and give support to one another. You may join at any time! Call Pastor Joe at 1-937-323-9747 or email him at jangles@maidenlane.org to register or for additional information.
